I listed a few different equipment which will help you to make your home exercising more effective to your abs.

First is the stability ball or exercise ball or whatever you are used to call it. It is a really nice peace of equipment, it helps you to increase the range of motion in your exercises at the same time it makes your abs to workout hard to keep your body stabilized. This combined with some ab exercise, your abdominal muscles are surely getting a really good workout. You can use basic exercises like crunches or even sit-ups with it.

Another piece of equipment to have are ankle weights. When doing leg raises or reverse crunches start to feel too easy it is time to add some resistance. Ankle weights are almost the best way to do this. They make your lower body and abs work harder get your legs moving. A really nice, small yet effective piece of equipment.

Third and final recommended exercise equipment on this list is ab wheel or ab roller or again whatever you have used to call it. You basically use it to roll your upper body forwards and backwards, this makes your upper body muscles, especially abs to work hard. Your upper body almost touches the ground when you are extending and then you just contract yourself back up.

These are just three ab exercise equipment there are for you to use, they are among the best if you think about doing ab exercises at home.

Author of this article has extensive background on different martial-arts, sports and over 10 years of weightlifting. There are two ways of doing cardio. One is high intensity cardio and the other is low intensity cardio.

Both types of cardio will help burn fat but the question is which type is going to help you burn body fat more effectively.

Participating in high intensity cardio will burn glycogen, which is a type of energy that is stored as carbohydrates in your muscles and in your liver. Low intensity will burn off more body fat.

The problem with high intensity exercise is that your body is not capable of sustaining it for a long period of time. However the positive side is that when your body is depleted of glycogen, anything that you eat will be saved by your body as glycogen and not fat.

The problem with low intensity exercise is that you have to do it for long periods of time for it to work, and this can get very boring and time consuming. So what type of cardio workouts should you do?

The answer is to do both types. This is done through a method called interval training. This will give you the best of both worlds and it will increase your energy levels the more that you do it.

Interval training means that you do low intensity cardio for a certain amount of time and you add short bursts of high intensity cardio into the mix.
For example if you are doing low intensity exercise such as using a treadmill for 30-40 minutes, you can cut this time back to 20-30 minutes.

Start on the treadmill by going slow for around 5 minutes and then speed up as fast as you can for 30-60 seconds. After this quick burst of high intensity slow down again for about 4 minutes. Repeat this process until the time for your cardio session ends.

This method will not only burn body fat it will ensure that you continue to burn calories after you have stopped your training session, because of the added high intensity work.

Just like any other method of exercise, you should first consult your doctor to evaluate your capabilities. Do not jump into it head first. Take your time to build up the time you spend doing your cardio sessions
Introducing interval training into your exercise will give you great cardio workouts to burn body fat, and it will fill your body with energy, along with saving time.

www.easierwayz.com

Best Cardio Workouts to Lose Weight

We all know that doing cardio can help to lose weight, but not all workouts were created equal. What are the best cardio workouts to lose weight?
1. Jumping rope - This is something which most adults overlook or consider a children's game. In fact, it's one of the quickest and easiest ways to get the heart pumping and the fat melting. The great thing about jumping rope is that it can be done at home, improves coordination, and works on many muscle groups. It also works very fast and can burn a lot of calories. I love it. You will love it too.

2. Running - My favorite cardio workout and something everyone (without knee problems) should do. Running is a high intensity workout, meaning that it burns more fat in a shorter period of time than other workouts. Running also brings into play practically every muscle group in your body meaning that you're also strengthening your muscles and not just having a good workout. If you're interested in getting a firm stomach do some sprinting as well. You'd be amazed at what will happen.

3. Kickboxing classes - I know that a lot of people (especially guys) don't understand what's the point of going to a class with fighting moves when there's no actual fighting involved. However, kickboxing classes can make even a fit person pant like mad and sweat like crazy. I know. I've gone to one, and it didn't help me one bit that I run 10 mile tracks regularly. I still found it hard, because it's another intensive way to workout the body. It's an excellent cardio workout to lose weight with.

4. Dancing - If you're still like to go to night clubs and dance 'till dawn, then do it more often. Dancing burns a lot of calories and it doesn't even feel like a workout. Dancing is one of the best ways for people who get bored with cardio to still enjoy a great workout and burn fat.
